Arizona is one of the top five states when it comes to home foreclosures. Patricia Garcia Duarte, President and CEO for the Neighborhood Housing Services of Phoenix, discusses “Take a Stand against Foreclosure Scams,” a public awareness initiative to fight loan fraud and help reduce the the number of preventable foreclosures in Maricopa County.
