President Trump talks hints at pardoning Arpaio while in Phoenix

At his Phoenix rally last Tuesday, President Trump defended his remarks concerning violence in Charlottesville, implied he would soon pardon former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, and complained about Arizona’s Republican senators.
