Read On Arizona

Read On Arizona is a statewide initiative to promote early literacy. “Smart Talk” aims to promote reading and speaking between children and parents in both English and Spanish. We’ll be joined by Nicol Russell, the Deputy Associate Superintendent of Early Childhood Education with the Arizona Department of Education.
