We hear from Sandy Whitley, a volunteer and group leader with the Citizens Climate Lobby, Monica Villalobos, interim president and CEO of the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and Arizona State Representative Lorenzo Sierra, about the efforts.
