An Arizona school teacher in the Hayden-Winkleman school district recently died of COVID-19 after teaching class this summer. The teacher took extra precautions and followed CDC guidelines but still got sick. Horizonte host Jose Cardenas talked to elementary school teacher Ralph Quintana and Mark Balder about faculty concerns over the start of the school year.
