Halloween is coming a week early on Arizona PBS. Starting at 6 p.m. on Oct. 23, 24 and 25, enjoy Halloween-themed specials from “Arthur,” “Odd Squad,” “Ready Jet Go!,” “Cyberchase” and “Wordgirl.”
