LIVE: Special Election Coverage

On air: Tuesday, Nov. 8 starting at 6 p.m.

With the control of the House and Senate hanging in the balance, PBS NewsHour Managing Editor Judy Woodruff and a panel of analysts and campaign strategists will cover election results as they come in.

Additional election night reporting will be provided throughout the day by PBS NewsHour correspondents and PBS station reporters from across the U.S., watching tight races in Pennsylvania, Arizona and Washington D.C.

Local focus

Special coverage later in the evening will focus on Arizona races: Cronkite News will report from polling places and watch parties across the state at 9:30 p.m., followed by analysis on Arizona Horizon at 10 p.m.

On Arizona PBS World, channel 8.3, an election special from Indian Country Today will air at 8 p.m., followed by an hour of Cronkite News at 9 p.m.
