Prime Afternoons: All your PBS favorites, in the daytime
Missed a show in the evening? Enjoy some of our highest-rated primetime evening shows earlier in the day during Prime Afternoons each weekday from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Start your month with some of your favorite shows throughout the week!
On Mondays, enjoy “Antiques Roadshow” at 1:30 p.m. and the beloved “Father Brown” at 2:30 p.m. To finish off the evening, check out “Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries” at 3:30 p.m.
Tuesdays, check out “Antiques Roadshow” at 1:30 p.m., followed by “Midsomer Murders” at 2:30 p.m. In the 4:30 p.m. time slot, hear from community members as they share their favorite restaurants across Arizona on “Check, Please! Arizona.”
Wednesdays are for American History. Enjoy “Finding Your Roots” at 1:30 and “American Experience” at 2:30 p.m.
Thursdays, tune into “Nature” at 1:30 p.m. with “The Kimberley” at 2:30 p.m. and “Energy Switch” at 3:30 p.m. “Arizona Wildlife Views” will finish off the afternoon at 4 p.m.
On Fridays, finish off the week with “NOVA” at 1:30 p.m. with “Evolution Earth” at 2:30 and 3:30 p.m. On June 12, “Secrets of the Dead” will take over the 2:30 p.m. time slot followed by “Modern Marvels that Changed America” at 3:30 p.m.
Then at 4:30 p.m., enjoy episodes of the beloved “Rick Steves’ Europe” all month long.
