Local Arizona artists perform on ‘Playlist 48’

Stream online anytime

“Playlist 48” brings Arizona music to the surface. It’s a microphone amplifying emerging artists, and a place where people can come and gather to listen to a variety of music celebrating the culture of Arizona.

On this past season, a guitarist, vocalist and member of local Arizona band Vinyl Station, sang and strummed on “Playlist 48.” A local child star now actress, singer, songwriter, shone bright on Arizona PBS, and an alternative rock band comprised of community members from the Gila River Indian Community and the Tohono O’odham Nation collaborated to blend styles of hard rock, indie, jazz and chill-wave genres.
