You might not think of Tokyo as a borderland, but the meeting of cultures and nations has significantly impacted Japan’s capital city. The ASU Cronkite Borderlands Project recently went to Tokyo to take a closer look. On “Horizonte,” ASU Professor Rodrigo Cervantes shares the connection all borderlands have and how this trip connects back to Latino issues and immigration.
