In this “AZ Votes 2024” U.S. Congressional District 4 debate with Greg Stanton (D) and Kelly Cooper (R), Ted Simons, host and managing editor of “Arizona Horizon,” moderated a discussion the two candidates running in for the House of Representatives in Congressional District 4.

Incumbent Rep. Stanton is seeking his fourth term. He has served as the Mayor of Phoenix, Deputy Attorney General and on the Phoenix City Council. Cooper is a small business owner and served in the U.S. Marine Corps.

District 4 covers most of Tempe and portions of Phoenix, Mesa and Chandler. Cooper ran against Stanton and lost in 2022.
