Restaurant owner Anduale Hassan has worked in the food industry for more than 20 years and has owned Authnetic EthioAfrican for more than six. You will often find him in the kitchen preparing the dishes or at the entrance to the small restaurant greeting guests. He hopes many people will try his traditional Ethiopian vegetarian and meat dishes at his location in downtown Phoenix.
