Supreme Court rules states can require internet sales tax

The United States Supreme Court has ruled that states can force retailers to charge internet sales taxes, even if that retailer has no physical presence in the state. Max Goshert, senior research associate for the Grand Canyon Institute, which has put out a report on the issue.
