Industrial Hemp as an Arizona crop

Industrial hemp can now legally be grown as a crop in Arizona thanks to a recently passed bill. However, it carries the risk that farmers will have to destroy a crop if THC levels, the active ingredient in marijuana, exceed certain requirements.
