Short-term rental laws

Heeding complaints from residents of tourist towns like Sedona and Jerome, Governor Doug Ducey is calling for another look at a law aimed at cracking down on “party houses” rented through sites such as Airbnb. Ken Strobeck, executive director of the League of Arizona Cities and Towns, will talk more about the issue.
