Mesa considering changes to recycling program

Facing rising costs for its recycling program, they city of Mesa is considering some big changes to its program. Because it now costs more to recycle garbage than to send it to a landfill, the city is considering closing three bulk-recycling centers and restrict items it takes for recycling. We hear more from Scott Bouchie, Solid Waste Management Department director for Mesa.
