Hair salons to open for business

The governor’s modified stay-at-home order announced this week allows for hair salons and related businesses to re-open tomorrow, but it won’t be business as usual. We talked to salon owner Yvonne Rosales of Enlighten Studio about the challenges that salon owners face.
