Presidential candidate Joe Biden selected Kamala Harris as his running mate on Tuesday. The announcement came on the country’s 100th anniversary of the 19th amendment, which granted women the right to vote. We spoke with former state lawmaker, Leah Landrum Taylor, about what the anniversary means to Arizona women.
