The Colorado River plan, tariffs impact on AZ businesses, OCJ Kids foster foundation

On this episode of “Arizona Horizon,” the director of the Kyl Center for Water Policy at ASU, Sarah Porter, sits down to discuss the new Colorado River Plan. With seven Colorado River Basin states unable to agree on how to divide the river’s water, the federal Bureau of Reclamation has stepped in. 

We also hear from Todd Sanders, President and CEO of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, to discuss the impact of recent tariffs on Arizona businesses. The tariffs are making it harder for Arizona businesses to plan, hire, and keep costs down, as well as do business in general.

Finally, founder Gary Webb and co-founder Tammie Webb share more information on their foundation dedicated to supporting children in foster care. OCJ Kids maintains relationships with youth after they exit foster care and provides ongoing support and resources to those “aging out” of foster care.
