The HOPE VI Project is a federal grant-funded program created to rebuild old and/or severely distressed public housing. The project has turned one central Phoenix government housing project into a new mixed-income community.HORIZONTE talks to developer McCormick Baron Salazar about the HOPE VI Project and its goal of revitalizing neighborhoods across the nation.
