The U.S. Supreme Court denied a request by Governor Jan Brewer to block an appeals court ruling that allows young undocumented immigrants or “Dreamers” with deferred deportation status to get drivers licenses. Seth Draper, associate with the Salvatierra Law Group talks about the ruling.
