Alberto Rios is Arizona’s poet laureate. He’s the director of ASU’ Piper Center for Creative Writing and he’s the host of “Art in the 48,” seen here on Arizona PBS. Alberto Rios is out with a new book of poems and he spoke with Horizonte’s Jose Cardenas about the healing power of poetry in these troubled times.
