Mark Tarbell spends the afternoon with Chef Matt Carter at his modern Italian restaurant Fat Ox in Scottsdale. Tarbell is in the kitchen and pasta room as Carter makes fresh garganelli. Tarbell also meets and interviews one of the top female chefs in the Valley, Rochelle Daniel.
