The Pork Shop, established in 1979, is not your grandfather’s butcher shop. Jason Corman, manager and son-in-law of owner Greg Combs, is carrying on the Pork Shop tradition by serving up over 40 different kinds of sausages, smoked meats, green chili burritos and just about any pork product you can think of – even products for the pets. The Pork Shop shows no signs of slowing down as people line up to get their pork fix.
