Chef Mark Tarbell visits Fàme Caffe for breakfast and finds the spot has a well-curated bar. Chefs Ivan and Maria O’Farrill pull out one of their favorite spirits to create a sweet drink that Mark calls a “pastry in a cup” that is served with breakfast or as an after-dinner drink.
