Tratto is Chef Chris Bianco’s homage to his former zip code — the Italian section of the Bronx. At Tratto, he has the freedom to create Italian-inspired dishes. We learn the secret to his amazing pasta is Arizona-grown wheat. Plus, he cooks up his favorite dish for Chef Mark.
