Chef Vincent Guerithault opened Vincent on Camelback in 1986 and the restaurant quickly changed the culinary landscape in Phoenix. The James Beard award-winning chef was the first in the Valley to combine French recipes and techniques with Southwest ingredients. The restaurant also has an award-winning wine program.
