People line up for hours at Little Miss BBQ in Phoenix (now with two locations). We’ll show you how they cook their famous meats low and slow. Owners Scott and Bekke Holmes take us back to the start of this famous barbecue business and explain how a scientific method helped them conquer BBQ competitions and break into the BBQ restaurant industry. They’ll also tell you who they named Little Miss BBQ after. Here’s a hint: she’s hiding under the table.
