‘Rising Stars’: Mora Italian

Chef Scott Conant’s career has spanned more than 30 years. He owns multiple restaurants, writes cookbooks and appears on food television shows. Relocating from New York to Arizona, Conant opened Mora, an Italian restaurant in the 7th Street corridor. Scott tells us about his childhood, his famous grandfather and then shows us how he makes his pasta pomodoro.
