‘Western Whiskey’: Scotch Library

More from this show

The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa Scotch Library celebrates the contributions that Scottish immigrants have made to Arizona. It provides both aficionados and those new to Scotch with the opportunity to choose from more than 300 different labels. Representing more than half of the operating distilleries in Scotland today, the collection features more than 175 single malts, 30 blends and a number of rare bottles imported from all six whiskey regions of Scotland. Among the most rare whiskies offered at The Scotch Library are the lost labels, which come from a distillery that is no longer standing.
