‘Back to the Farm’: Crow’s Dairy

This Buckeye dairy farm is family-owned and by a fifth generation dairy family. In 2008, after thirty years of milking Holstein cows, the Crow Family began milking their first herd of Purebred Nubian Dairy Goats. An impressive list of resorts and restaurants now use their goat cheese.
