‘Science and Art’: Glai Baan

Pornsupak “Cat” Bunnag is the chef at Glai Baan in Phoenix and has created a home away from home for many of the food community in the Valley. If you ask other chefs for a restaurant recommendation, they may very well say Glai Baan. Her food is reminiscent of the food she grew up eating in Bangkok.
