Meet Daniel Tiger and friends!
Join Arizona PBS as they welcome Daniel Tiger to ASU Open Door on Saturday, January 28th, 2023, from 1 – 5 p.m. for Be My Neighbor Day Arizona!
Inspired by the themes of the PBS KIDS series Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, this free family event invites kids to learn what it means to be a caring neighbor through fun and enriching activities. In a special effort to give back to our community, Arizona PBS is collecting toiletries, new blankets and new or gently used sweaters to donate to families in need. More information on how to donate below.

Along with the chance to make thank you cards for neighborhood helpers, Daniel Tiger himself will be available for a fun meet-and-greet! For those who would like to take pictures with Daniel Tiger, he will be available in ten-minute blocks starting at 1 p.m. on the hour and half-hour until 4:40 p.m.
We’ll see you Saturday, January 28th, at ASU’s Downtown Phoenix Campus outside Arizona PBS at 555 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85004. View directions here.
