Campo Italian Bistro and Bar: Packed with locally sourced ingredients

Campo Italian Bistro and Bar combines the delicious tastes of Italy with locally sourced Arizona produce.
Jimmy Ducas, executive chef, said it is Italian dining that focuses on the flavors of different regions across Italy. He said guests can enjoy items such as their handmade pastas and antipasti with produce right from Arizona.
To accompany their meal, he said guests can select a drink from the extensive cocktail menu and wine list.
What makes the restaurant special, he said, is that Italian food draws everybody in with its homey feel. Ducas said they make sure their menu is inclusive so their is always something for everyone.
“You don’t really have to be specifically in the mood for it, but you can always find something that you’re going to eat and something you’re gonna enjoy with Italian food,” Ducas said.
He said the restaurant has a warm and inviting ambience, perfect for a romantic evening.
Ducas said he hopes guests leave with the memory of an amazing evening with amazing food accompanied by laughter and good times.
Out of all the Italian restaurants in the valley, guest Jasmin Olson said Campo Italian Bistro and Bar immediately became one of her favorites.
She said she starts off her visit with the meatballs with a side of the bread, which is grilled giving it extra flavor.
Next up, Olson said she enjoys the papadelli bolognese that includes pork and beef in the meat sauce. Olson said she also gets a glass of the pinot noir to perfectly tie her meal together.
She said she likes to enjoy her meals on the patio, which is decorated with beautiful lights, making it one of her favorite patios.
