March is Red Light Running Awareness Month in Arizona. Mesa City Councilman Dennis Kavanaugh, Alberto Gutier of the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety, and Frank Hinds of the Red Means Stop Coalition talk about efforts to raise awareness and reduce incidents of red-light running in Arizona.
