Arizona Faith Network’s efforts to foster safe, welcoming polling practices

More from this show

Tensions are high for voters, volunteers and candidates during elections. To help maintain and spread positivity during this midterm election season, Arizona Faith Network launched its “Our Voice is Sacred” campaign.

The organization has trained over 120 clergy and community volunteers this election season as Poll Chaplains and Peacekeepers, equipping them with the tools to help create safe and welcoming environments at voting locations.

Reverend Gerald P. Richard II, Board President of the Arizona Faith Network, joined “Arizona Horizon” to discuss the organization’s efforts.
