Big storms expected in Arizona

The Phoenix area could be hit with close to three inches of rain this week from the leftovers of a tropical storm moving up the Pacific coast of Mexico. The rain should start Tuesday and could last until Friday, and temperatures will drop by about 20 degrees. Northern Arizona is expecting snow at higher elevations.
