The Invest in Ed ballot initiative was tossed off the ballot last week after a judge ruled the language of its summary was not clear enough.  this is the same problem that kept the education funding initiate off the ballot in 2018. We talked to David Lujan, Director of the Arizona Center for Economic Progress about the fate of the initiative.
