The state of housing in Arizona

More from this show

The new State of Housing in Arizona report was produced by the newly launched Arizona Research Center for Housing (ARCHES), co-located across ASU’s Morrison Institute for Public Policy and the UA Drachman Institute. This report, with contributions from over 20 researchers from ASU, the University of Arizona, Northern Arizona University and the University of New Mexico offers a comprehensive analysis of the challenges and potential solutions to the housing crisis in Arizona.

Released on Aug. 16 at Morrison Institute’s Housing and Water Policy Summit, the report comes at a critical time, as affordability issues continue to impact residents across the state.

Alison Cook-Davis, co-director of ARCHES, and Kenny Wong, of UA’s Drachman Institute, joined “Arizona Horizon” to discuss the report.
