The event includes a mock Supreme Court competition on the Protect Arizona Now Initiative, discussions on the economic impact of illegal immigrants, a showing of the award-winning film The Gatekeeper, performances of works by noted playwright James Garcia, and testimonios from recent migrants. One of the highlights of the forum will be the unveiling of a 110-foot long “Mending Wall,” which will feature work by local artists and the names of those killed trying to cross the border in the harsh Arizona desert.
