This month we celebrate the birthday of civil rights leader and farm worker Cesar Chavez. Francisca Montoya and Delia Torres of the Cesar E. Chavez Foundation join HORIZONTE as we look back at his legacy and learn about the foundation’s programs and initiatives that are passing on his principles to younger generations.
