The Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s annual Black and White Ball and Business Awards are honoring six of the state’s top business and community leaders. We will hear from two of the recipients – Rick DeGraw, vice president for CopperPoint Mutual Insurance, the company recently named Corporation of the Year, and Paul Luna, president and CEO of the Helios Education Foundation. Luna is receiving the Man of the Year award.
