‘The Valley on the Culinary Map’: FnB

More from this show

Chef Charleen Badman bestowed a big honor upon Arizona’s food community when she won the James Beard Foundation’s ‘Best Chef of the Southwest’ Award in 2019.  In this episode, Charleen takes host Mark Tarbell shopping for some of her favorite ingredients at the Uptown Farmers Market in Phoenix. The two head back to her eatery, FnB, to make a beautiful pasta dish using locally sourced ingredients. We also learn about the Blue Watermelon Project – a passion project of Charleen’s.
