‘Back to the Farm’: Southwest Mushrooms

Southwest Mushrooms is owned by urban farmer, a.k.a. “Mushroom Mike.” He enjoys sharing the science of growing mushrooms while exploring new ways to use them in culinary cuisine. Mike grows gourmet mushrooms at an urban grow farm and provides them to top chefs and everyday cooks. His dried and fresh mushrooms are full of protein and vitamins.
