Little Miss BBQ: Central Texas barbecue

More from this show

This barbecue spot serves up the rich and smoky flavors of Central Texas at its two Valley locations with an emphasis on their beef products and great flavors.

With a simple menu served meat-market style, Little Miss BBQ offers a variety of different barbecue dishes served with side dishes that they have perfected to be as enticing as the meats.

“It’s awesome that we get compared to the best places in the world,” owner Scott Holmes said. “That mission that we have of really creating amazing barbecue, treating people really well and having a place where people can have a great experience, we’re doing it.”

“Check, Please! Arizona” guest Aziel Koski highly recommends sampling the brisket and pulled pork, his typical order when he visits Little Miss BBQ.

Koski also suggests trying out the three different in-house barbecue sauces, saying that “trying all the meats, you really see how all the sauces pair nicely with the meats.”

Guests also praised the turkey for being moist and seasoned perfectly with herbs and also praised the balance of the smoky flavor with all of the meats.

On top of the meat and sides, Little Miss BBQ also has a popular dessert selection of their smoked pecan pie and banana pudding. The desserts are known for their balanced sweetness levels and are the perfect way to finish your meal.

Koski’s pro tip: Save room for the desserts, which are just as much of a wow factor as the main dishes.
