The U.S. Senate unveiled its revised plan to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act. The new plan would keep intact some taxes on high-income earners and would aid in keeping down health care costs for consumers. Swapna Reddy, a professor at Arizona State University’s School for the Science of Health Care Delivery, College of Health Solutions, will talk about the new plan.
