Repeat offender bill vetoed by Governor Ducey

Governor Doug Ducey recently vetoed a bill that would have barred prosecutors from designating those who have never committed a crime as repeat offenders. Repeat offenders get tougher sentences. We’ll talk about the veto that has left many of those pushing for criminal justice reform disappointed. Senator J.D. Mesnard will tell us more. ​
