Phoenix is ranked 20th overall on the Tech Talent Scorecard, which is based on a variety of factors including tech talent supply, completed tech degrees and the outlook for job growth. In Phoenix, the tech labor pool has grown 12.3 percent over the last five years, triple the national growth rate. Tucson was ranked number one on the list of up and coming tech talent markets.
