A look at the spectacular victory of the Carl Hayden High School Falcon Robotics Team over universities and junior colleges — including MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) — in The MATE (Marine Advance Technology Education Center) National ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) Championships on the campus of the University of California, Santa Barbara. Students participated in several aspects of the competition including a static poster display, an oral presentation and the underwater robot competition.
