‘Neighborhood Roots’: The Churchill

More from this show

The Churchill is one of the most unique restaurant projects in Phoenix. The recently opened venue is built out of shipping containers. The developers turned a vacant lot on the corner of 1st Street and Garfield into a business incubator and gathering spot. Five small bars and restaurants as well as several small shops form the outer perimeter creating a plaza in the middle filled with community tables. The venture is the work two young entrepreneurs Harley Rodie and Kell Duncan.
